Formentino and orange fillets: a combination rich in vitamins, pleasing to the eye and palate. With sweet and sour dressing and olive oil. try also this pumpkin medallions with speck recipe too. Ingredients Side dish For 4 people 2 oranges 4 tablespoons of olive oil 3 tablespoons of sweet and sour dressing (white vinegar) 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard 1 teaspoon of dried salad herbs herb salt pepper 200 g of formentino Freind's kitchen recipes,  croutons with smoked mackerel. How to proceed Preparation: approx. 10 minutes Divide the oranges in four and cut them into slices. Mix the oil with the dressing, mustard and herbs. Salt and pepper.
